Live Every Week Like It’s Shark Week

Crazy busy with my job job, but I wanted to quickly remind everyone that this week is the 20th annual Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. Last night it kicked off in spectacular fashion with a new documentary on the USS Indianapolis called Ocean of Fear. Yes the same Indianapolis that the mangy shark hunting boat captain Quint speaks of in the original Jaws. Coincedently, the documentary is narrated by one Richard Dreyfuss. The film does a good job of separating fact and myth while still honoring the tragedy that befell the 1200 men aboard the ship that was sunk in the Philipene Sea. The survivors lived through 4 days and 5 nights of starvation, exposure, dehydration, madness and of course a lot of fricking sharks. Since it was on Discovery you should be able to catch a repeat of it all throughout the week and I highly recommend you catch it. In the mean time put on your shark hat grab some fish and chips and enjoy the long list of new and old specials.
